Welcome to T:>Digital, developed by T:>Works (TheatreWorks (S) Ltd, a non-profit company limited by guarantee with charity status registered at 72-13 Mohamed Sultan Road, Singapore 239007). T:>Digital is a digital library housing digital content produced by T:>Works in collaboration with creators (collectively known as Services), whose creations are itemised as titles (collectively known as Content). By subscribing to its annual subscription plan, pay-as-you-go credits or using T:>Digital Services, you agree, on behalf of yourself and all members of your household and others who use any Service under your account, to the following conditions:
Terms of Use of Content
1. Subscription Plans
As part of our Service, we may offer subscription plans and may change them and their features from time to time. If you sign up for a subscription plan, you agree to the terms, conditions and limitations associated with them that are posted on our websites or applications.
2. Credits
Credits may only be redeemed on the Service, have no cash value, are non-transferrable and non-refundable. All Credits are valid for a limited time as described in the applicable membership and promotional terms and conditions.
3. Content Restrictions
You may not (i) transfer, copy or display Content, except as permitted in this Agreement; (ii) sell, rent, lease, distribute, or broadcast any Content; (iii) remove any proprietary notices or labels on Content; (iv) attempt to disable, bypass, modify, defeat, or otherwise circumvent any digital rights management or other protection system applied to Content or used as part of the Service; or (v) use the Service or Content for any commercial or illegal purpose.
Gifting of T:>Digital Annual Subscriptions and Credits
1. Use of claim codes, gift codes and coupons (“Claim Codes”)
Claim Codes are for promotional use only and are void where prohibited by law. Claim Codes must be redeemed only at T:>Digital on tworksasia.org and are only redeemable for titles available in the T:>Digital Library. Claim Codes expire as indicated on the terms transmitted with the Claim Code.
2. Risk of Loss
TheatreWorks (S) Ltd is not responsible if a Claim Code for gifting of T:>Digital Subscriptions or Credits is lost, stolen, destroyed or used without your permission.
3. Additional Terms
T:>Digital Gifting of Subscriptions, Credits, and Claim Codes and their use on T:>Digital are subject to T:>Digital’s Terms and Conditions.

Users authorised under the organisational subscription plans may use Content for non-commercial research or scholarly purposes quoting or capturing its sections for organisational activities including (i) research papers or dissertations (ii) educational presentations and assignments (iii) academic or creative collaborations and discussions.
Users authorised under the organisational subscription plans may not (i) transfer, copy or display Content, except as permitted in this Agreement; (ii) sell, rent, lease, distribute, or broadcast any Content; (iii) remove any proprietary notices or labels on Content; (iv) attempt to disable, bypass, modify, defeat, or otherwise circumvent any digital rights management or other protection system applied to Content or used as part of the Service; or (v) use the Service or Content for any commercial or illegal purpose.
TheatreWorks (S) Ltd is not responsible if the subscription access is lost, stolen, destroyed or used without the subscribing institution and organisation or its members’ permission.
